THE OBJECT
A wonderfully weathered vintage wooden cabinet with a steeply peaked silhouette and a pair of sailing ships set into oval medallions upon its doors. Ornate metal pulls and hinges punctuate the dark wood, while years of wear have given the surface a beautifully timeworn character.
The double doors open to reveal a single interior chamber—a private space for treasured objects, ritual tools, bottles, shells, relics, or other curiosities. A small opening at the back allows a cord or strand of lights to pass discreetly into the cabinet.
With its dark wood, old sailing vessels, and almost shrine-like architecture, the cabinet feels particularly at home among the shipwrecked relics and maritime mysteries of Whispers of the Deep.

CONDITION
Very rustic vintage condition with substantial age-related wear throughout, including scuffs, scratches, discoloration, surface wear, and other imperfections. There is a small crack to the back, and the screws used with the hardware are mismatched. These imperfections do not prevent the cabinet from functioning and contribute strongly to its timeworn character. Please review photographs closely for the best representation of condition.
