Vintage Brass Bouillotte-Style Table Lamp

THE OBJECT

An elegant vintage brass Bouillotte-style table lamp inspired by the refined lighting of the French Empire period. Its polished brass base features an articulated arm and adjustable shade support, crowned by a dramatic black-and-gold marbled shade.

The contrast of warm brass and dark metallic tones lends the lamp an air of old-world sophistication, while its adjustable construction offers both sculptural interest and practical illumination.

A striking addition to an antique writing desk, private library, or richly layered Gothic interior.
