Vintage Engraved Brass Six-Compartment Altar Tray

THE OBJECT

An extraordinary vintage brass-toned metal tray featuring six circular recessed compartments arranged around a central six-pointed star. Elaborate floral motifs and scrolling engravings cover nearly every inch of its surface, while the aged golden finish and darkened patina lend the piece a wonderfully timeworn character.

Its unusual arrangement of compartments makes it a compelling foundation for an altar or ceremonial display, offering individual spaces for crystals, charms, herbs, offerings, and other treasured objects.

Equally striking as an ornate centerpiece or a sculptural addition to a cabinet of curiosities.
